ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE...
Yoga
We will practice twice a day on our full days. The mornings will start with a meditation and mantra practice that moves into a flow. Our afternoons will be nourishing restorative practices. See the full schedule below.
Community & Connections
This will be a lovely opportunity to make new friends, reconnect with old and connect through meaningful + intentional conversations and experience. There will be ample time to drop in for group hikes, meals and more.
Kirtan
Kirtan is the ecstatic expression of devotion through call and response mantras and chanting. Open your voice and heart through these sacred songs and music in community, let your soul soar with nightly kirtans in the sanctuary.
Nutritious Vegetarian Meals
A local chef will be providing hearty, delicious, healthy and nourishing meals from local and seasonal sources. Replenish your body and mind with organic cuisine lovingly prepared on site. Meals will be served family style so we can dine together as a collective.
Nature Time
Spirit Camp is tucked into an oasis of redwoods in Mendocino and about five minutes from the coast. Enjoy hikes, nature baths, stargazing, sunshine, campfires and more in this absolutely pristine setting. Nature is healing medicine.
Digital Detox
To really drop in over the weekend, you are invited to fully unplug and just BE. No need to check your phone or email, this will be an opportunity to be present with the land, the practices and each other. *WiFi available for emergency check ins.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Rustic and cozy accommodations range from tents to shared spaces to private cabins. There is a shared bathhouse with toilets, sinks and plenty of hot water for showers. No accommodations have private baths. Pricing listed below.

ABOUT SPIRIT CAMP
Spirit Camp is nestled in the enchanting redwoods on the Mendocino coast of Northern California, unceded territory of the Pomo people.
We’re a beautiful 2-3 hour drive North of the San Francisco Bay Area, and 12 minutes to the town of Mendocino with organic grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.
Only a mile inland from the Pacific Ocean, you can enjoy bluff-lined beaches, hike through redwood state parks, river canoe, and ocean kayak within minutes from camp.
