ABOUT THE RETREAT...
Join us on January 1st for a daylong retreat near Muir Beach, just a half an hour from San Francisco and start the new year off with intention. This will be a magical day at the ocean's edge including two extended yoga practices - a mix of Vinyasa in the morning and a slower, nourishing practice in the afternoon - plus a beautiful, chef-curated, farm to table meal. You'll also have ample time for a coastal hike, exploring the tide pools or quiet solo time to take in the scenic views.
This will be a replenishing day for mind, body & soul. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your personal practice, reconnect to nature and engage with a group of like-minded individuals through intentional conversations, meals, nature time and the practice. We highly encourage participants to also consider making this a device-free day, unplugging to be fully present for the experience.
Our chef will be working with local farms for the meal. Ingredients and produce will be sourced locally from the land we're on as well as Star Route Farms, a certified organic farm just down the road in Bolinas, CA.
Plus, 5% of profits will go directly to Slide Ranch to help them bring kids into nature through their outdoor and farming education programs.

ABOUT THE CHEF...
Ryan Baker is an exceptional chef and yoga teacher based in San Francisco. Originally trained in fine dining kitchens, he developed a passion for Ayurveda and yogic cooking after living in an ashram in California.
Ryan’s food is fresh, light, and playful. And just like some of his favorite jazz musicians, his food is highly improvised, and rarely based on recipes. He utilizes the seasons in order to cook with the freshest ingredients and sees part of his life’s dharma as serving and nourishing others through food.
